About Us

Early in 2006, leaders from government, academia, clinical medicine and industry involved in influenza planning, research and treatment met to discuss preparation for a potential flu pandemic and to open the lines of communication among all involved. Another two-day summit was held in 2007. These meetings resulted in the generation of CME-certified materials and other informational resources available to you on this site. Today, the threat of pandemic influenza is still with us, and the need to continue the dialogue and preparedness planning is greater than ever.
